Project Overview

Appointed as Main Contractor for a private client, this project involved the full renovation and extension of a maisonette property in Muswell Hill.

The scheme sought to transform a tired residence into a high specification modern home while reconfiguring the internal layout and extending the property to maximise both space and value.

Scope of Works

The works included a back to brick refurbishment, internal reconfiguration, and a new rear extension. Key upgrades comprised a new kitchen and bathroom, full M&E installation including underfloor heating, replacement of all windows and doors, internal finishes and decoration, and new external patios.

Our Role

MATTR Projects were involved from the early design stages, coordinating with the architect and structural engineer, securing planning permission, and managing Party Wall Awards.

We then delivered the full project on site as Main Contractor, overseeing all trades and ensuring high quality execution through to completion.
